Riksons Dairy began its journey in 1985 when Late Shri Ranjit Singh Behal founded Punjabi Paneer with a clear vision rooted in purity, quality, and trust. What started as a small paneer production unit soon gained a loyal following for its authentic taste and consistent quality.
More than 25 years ago, the legacy was carried forward by his son, Mr. Balvinder Singh Behal, who brought a modern, growth-oriented approach to the business. With innovation and dedication, he expanded the product portfolio while staying firmly committed to the values laid down by his father.
In 2019, the brand transitioned into Riksons Dairy, marking a new era of expansion after the name Punjabi Paneer could not be registered. Under this new identity, the company strengthened its presence and introduced a wider range of premium dairy products.
